Senior Supply Chain Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will operate at Head of Supply Chain level within a fast-growing, agile FMCG e-commerce business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring supply chain performance meets the demands of a rapidly scaling operation. You’ll manage our e-commerce platform partner to agreed SLAs while also leading an in-house operations team (permanent and agency). This is a role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution , ensuring efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a 10 person operations team (perm & agency) at head office. Manage and hold our e-commerce platform partner to account against SLAs. Oversee fulfilment, inventory, and distribution to deliver operational excellence. Drive process improvements to support scalability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Act as the escalation point for supply chain challenges, resolving issues swiftly. Partner with Buying, Category, and Finance to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide the CEO with insights and recommendations to shape supply chain strategy. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE Strong background in FMCG and/or e-commerce supply chain management . Proven experience managing 3PL / platform partners against KPIs and SLAs. Leadership experience managing both permanent and agency staff. Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach – thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage businesses. WHY JOIN?
