Housing Assistant - Immediate Start

I am recruiting on behalf of a Glasgow-based Housing Association for a short-term Housing Assistant to start immediately - this has scope to extend but the duration is unknown at the moment. The role is EVH Grade 6 (34'745). The role will focus mostly on: Estate management - inspections, reporting repairs, liaising with contractors Arrears management - tenant contact, monitoring rent accounts, updating records Candidate profile: Previous housing or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Flexible, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload Please apply below if interested and are available ASAP.
