Estates Assistant

Your new company Working for a leading social housing contractor on a temporary contract in Rochdale. Your new role Deliver high-quality cleaning, grounds maintenance, and gardening services across estates. Ensure work meets agreed standards, specifications, and timescales. Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors. Act as a visible on-site representative of Guinness, providing access and reporting issues such as: Responsive repairs Fly-tipping Graffiti Safeguarding concerns Record and act on customer feedback and minor service improvements. Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe condition with regular checks.What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role Driving licence * NVQ 2 or 3 in Horticulture of RHS/City and Guilds/HND equivalent. (preferred) * PA1, PA4b and PA6 NPTC Certificates (preferred)What you'll get in return In return, you will get a long temporary contract with a leading contractor with an opportunity for further work.
