Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a leading residential developer on a large-scale housing and apartment project. This role will focus on the completion phase, ensuring properties are delivered to the highest standards by overseeing snagging and finishing works across the development. The Role: * Manage and oversee finishing trades on site. * Coordinate snagging works and ensure timely completion to handover standards. * Work closely with site and project teams to achieve quality and programme deadlines. * Monitor health & safety and compliance on site. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering defect-free properties. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Finishing Manager / Finishing Foreman on new build housing or apartment schemes. * Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications (essential). * Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple finishing trades. * Strong communication and organisational skills.
