SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant Hillingdon, London (On-site, Full-time, Temp to Perm) Through Milk Education Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs? We are working with a welcoming school in Hillingdon who are looking for a dedicated TA/LSA to join their team on a long-term basis, with the view to becoming permanent. The Role: Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils, particularly those with SEN, ensuring they can fully access learning. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities and interventions. Support pupils in developing independence, communication, and social-emotional skills. Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school, childcare, or specialist setting). Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills. A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to learning. Flexibility to work across different year groups as needed.
