Care Supervisor

My client is looking for a proactive and organised Care Supervisor to join their team in Dereham. This is a predominantly administrative role, supporting the Care Manager in maintaining compliance, quality assurance, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities Support the Care Manager with compliance and regulatory duties Write and maintain person-centred care plan assessments Complete feedback and follow-up forms Supervise and support care workers Assist with audits and documentation to meet CQC standards Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement What We're Looking For Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience completing care assessments Knowledge of manual handling procedures Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive working environment Opportunities for professional development Regular supervision and training A meaningful role in a rewarding sector If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
