️ Job Vacancy: Site Manager – Retrofit Locations: • Herefordshire • Worcestershire • West Midlands Start Date: Wednesday, 28th August 2025 ⏳ Duration: 5 Weeks Travel Between Sites Paid The Role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee retrofit works across multiple live sites in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands. This is a 5-week contract, starting on 28th August. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day site management, coordination of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and keeping projects on track. Travel between sites will be required – mileage or travel costs will be covered. ️ Key Responsibilities: * Manage site activities for multiple retrofit projects * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery * Enforce health & safety standards across all sites * Ensure works are compliant with building regulations and retrofit standards * Maintain daily records and report on progress * Liaise with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly * Travel to and between sites as needed (paid) ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience managing retrofit or refurbishment projects * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Strong understanding of retrofit processes and compliance * Full UK driving licence * Excellent communication and time management skills This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
