Our client, a highly reputable company based in Ipswich are currently seeking to recruit a target driven Sales Account Manager to strengthen their sales team. This is an exciting role for someone who has a natural ability to build rapport and relationships, whilst maintaining a professional approach. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Handling incoming sales enquires, following up warm leads, and identifying and winning sales opportunities * Responding to customers and quoting rates for business * Building effective business relationships and providing exceptional customer service to assist with repeat business * Answering customer queries, resolving any concerns, and providing additional information * Understanding customer needs and requirements Skills & Experience Required: * A proven track record in sales account management and business development * The ability to build and maintain strong influential relationships with clients * Confidence and a genuine passional for sales, with the ability to exceed targets * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales and overcome objections * The ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * A flexible approach to work with the ability to work without direct supervision * Strong accuracy and attention to detail This is a great position and in return the successful candidate can expect a vibrant working environment and the opportunity to build a career within a well-established company.
