We currently have two vacancies within our thriving Manufacturing Delivery team in Aylesbury: Recruitment Consultant – ideal for those starting out in recruitment or moving from sales, customer service, or account management. Senior Recruitment Consultant – for experienced recruiters ready to take on more responsibility and hit the ground running. Both positions offer the opportunity to work on a busy desk covering both contract and permanent roles for our established client base in the manufacturing sector. About the Role Working within our Manufacturing Delivery team, you’ll focus purely on fulfilling vacancies for existing clients – with no cold business development required. You’ll be sourcing candidates for a variety of manufacturing and engineering businesses, often working at pace to deliver results. This is a phone-heavy role where your communication skills, people-first approach, and ability to think on your feet will be key to your success. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies. Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates. Partnering with Account Managers and clients to fully understand hiring needs. Managing the candidate journey from first call through to placement. Using our CRM and job boards effectively to build and maintain talent pipelines. What We’re Looking For Confidence and professionalism on the phone. A background in sales, customer service, call centres, or account management (Recruitment Consultant level). Previous recruitment experience (Senior Recruitment Consultant level). Strong time management and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. A genuine interest in people and building relationships. Proactive, resilient, and motivated to succeed. Valid UK driving licence. What You’ll Get in Return Competitive base salary of £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience. Realistic first-year commission earnings of £10,000 for those new to recruitment, with significantly higher long-term potential thanks to our uncapped commission structure.
