Day to Day: To oversee new build social housing projects, checking quality of work and identifying defects and snagging on properties. Job role: Visiting new build housing sites - scoping works Collating snagging lists and reporting to the end client Ensuring H&S and compliance Monitoring materials and workmanship IT literateRequirements (Skills & Qualifications): Strong background in new build housing Excellent H&S and building knowledge.
