JOB OPPORTUNITY: Freelance Site Supervisor (SSSTS) – West Midlands Location: West Midlands Expected Duration: 6 Months Start Date: September Type: Freelance We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a valid SSSTS to oversee a specialist team of concrete layers on a busy civil engineering site in the West Midlands. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising day-to-day operations of concrete laying crews * Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification * Coordinating site logistics, materials, and sub-contractors * Carrying out toolbox talks and maintaining site records * Liaising with site management, engineers, and clients * Enforcing H&S compliance and quality standards ✅ Requirements: * Valid SSSTS certification (Essential) * Proven experience supervising concrete works * Strong understanding of site health & safety * Ability to manage and motivate site operatives * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Own transport and full PPE This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
