As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the inbound flow. You’ll directly manage a team of supervisors, who in turn lead the operational teams on the warehouse floor. You’ll bring structure, coach your team and maintain oversight, even when the pressure is high. The operation is still developing, which requires a manager who knows how to connect both people and processes. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing a team of supervisors; Optimizing processes using KPIs and data insights; Monitoring inbound progress and coordinating with other departments; Identifying and driving improvements in both processes and collaboration; Maintaining close contact with internal stakeholders and the client. In this role, you’ll report to and work closely with the Operations Manager. What we like to see in you You are a proactive and results-driven professional with experience leading logistics operations. You understand what it takes to drive process improvements while keeping your team engaged and aligned. With strong communication skills and a calm yet decisive presence, you know how to stay on course. What you bring: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level; Experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role; Proven leadership experience in logistics; Strong command of the English language (spoken and written); Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
