Are you a proactive individual with leadership skills and an affinity for logistical processes? We are seeking a motivated Packaging Foreman for our packaging department. In this role, you will manage and actively participate in the tasks within your team. You will ensure that return flows of full goods, empty crates, and kegs are processed in a timely, organized, and safe manner for further shipment to the breweries. Your responsibilities include coordinating and planning daily activities within the packaging team, guiding and supporting forklift drivers, ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the department, and monitoring compliance with company and safety regulations. You will also assist the Packaging Team Leader with various tasks, ensure the progress of trailer loading and unloading processes, maintain work equipment, promote a positive working atmosphere, contribute to daily start-up meetings, and carry out special tasks as assigned by the team leader. Waar ga je werken: They have been working with 120 employees for 27 years for 14 beverage brands, including Duvel, Chouffe, Warsteiner, Gulpener, Jack Daniels, Campari, and Evian. These brands rely on them for exclusive import and distribution in the Dutch market. They handle inventory management, order processing, delivery, customer service, invoicing, and sorting and returning packaging materials. In short, they take care of the entire process, except for marketing and sales. Additionally, they manage the GS1DAS data, support the handling of contributions to waste management and other legal obligations, and carry out VAL activities.
