As a production worker, you play a crucial role in our bakery production process. Your tasks include packing, sorting, and checking bakery products, supporting the production line, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and operating machinery after training. Wij bieden: - A gross hourly wage between €15.13 and €16.66, depending on age and experience; - Additional shift allowances for early morning or late evening hours (38% or 39%); - A friendly working atmosphere in a supportive team; - A stable, growing company in the food industry; - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10km one way, up to a maximum of €12.55 per day. Wij vragen: - You are physically fit and not afraid of hard work; - You speak Dutch or English well; - You have your own transportation (Smilde Bakery is not easily accessible by public transport); - You are flexible and available within our shift times.
