You are responsible for processing and monitoring cargo bookings and transport orders, maintaining contact with customers and warehouse colleagues, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. Every day they ensure that goods from all over the world reach their destinations safely, quickly, and efficiently. Description Processing and checking cargo bookings and truck orders; Recording flight and cargo data in the systems; Communicating with warehouse colleagues and external parties; Supporting customer service by email and phone; Identifying irregularities and contributing to solutions; Ensuring correct documentation and compliance with rules and regulations. Profile MBO (secondary vocational) working and thinking level, preferably with experience in air cargo or logistics; Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; Accurate and well-organized, with strong attention to detail; Stress-resistant and flexible regarding working hours (shift work); Customer-oriented and strong communication skills; You are able to apply for a VGB, this is mandatory to be able to work at this company.
