Job Description
As Recruitment Admin Support, you will be the organisational backbone of the team. From scheduling interviews to arranging travel for international candidates, your efforts ensure both candidates and hiring managers experience a professional and welcoming process. Client Details The client is an internationally recognized retail company. Description · Scheduling and coordinating interviews (in person and via MS Teams); · Sending confirmations and keeping candidates informed; · Booking meeting rooms and registering visitors in Zwaagdijk-Oost; · Supporting vacancy postings; · Raising PO numbers and handling related administrative tasks; · Supporting travel arrangements for both local and international candidates; · Updating existing templates and manuals to support the recruitment team. Profile You are highly organised and accurate. You enjoy working in a structured way and are able to keep an overview, even when things get busy. You communicate clearly and ensure both candidates and colleagues feel supported throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you have: · Strong organisational and administrative skills; · Affinity with HR or recruitment (experience is a plus, but not required); · Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus); · A proactive and flexible attitude.
