You will gather feedback from stakeholders, assist in developing rollout and onboarding strategies, and support user adoption across regions. Working closely with internal tech teams and cross-functional departments such as Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Marketing, you will ensure the platform launch is smooth, effective, and aligned with broader brand objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of the new digital platform strategy, ensuring it meets both departmental goals and user needs; Assist in planning and executing rollouts, including developing user training materials and providing post-launch support; Gather feedback and requirements from global and regional teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement; Track key milestones, communicate progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
