Role details Role reports to: Finance Director Global SC FPA Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos Work Location: Hybrid Responsibilities The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the LATAM regional Supply Chain FP&A processes, leading and developing a team of three direct reports. This position reports into the Finance Director, Global Supply Chain FP&A and is based in Sao Jose dos Campos. The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company\'s supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. They analyze data and report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement plans to realize cost-saving opportunities. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company\'s supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. The Finance Manager role will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain. They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain Lead review of financial forecasts and analyses of results to drive profitable decision making Evaluate financial models and analyses of different strategic decisions Work with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risk Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics Lead, coach and develop a team of professionals responsible for managing supply chain financial operations Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes Supporting special projects Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Relevant Previous Experience as a People Leader in the FP&A area Strong financial acumen and a compliance mindset Advanced or Fluent English Ability to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environment Ability to lead, develop and coach high performing teams Analytical and problem-solving skills; including proficiency in SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to automate work Excellent communication, interpersonal and shaping skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance) Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independently Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work Experience as Finance or related business partner Financial modeling skills Desired: An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred Finance experience in Supply Chain, Commercial and Consumer Products industries as well as Public Accounting Cost and Inventory accounting experience preferable If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
