Senior Accounts Executive (full sets, SAP)

about the company This is a renowned manufacturing retail company with strong market presence around Asia. They are currently hiring a Senior Accounts Executive. about the job This role involves comprehensive accounting and financial management, including the full-set of accounts with a focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, as well as monthly and quarterly closing processes. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining asset, balance sheet, and audit schedules, as well as performing bank and inter-company reconciliations. The position requires strong analytical skills for preparing monthly P&L variance and cash flow reports, and for assisting with semi-annual budgeting and forecasting. The individual will also be responsible for preparing and filing GST returns, liaising with both internal and external auditors and bankers, and handling the bookkeeping for overseas branches skills and experience required You should ideally be diploma qualified in accounting or an equivalent. You should have at least 7 years of experience and have used SAP before. You are a strong communicator and work well in a team. Office is located along the circle line, just above the MRT stop. whats in it for me? Regional role. Hybrid working arrangement - 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home. Staggered working hours - start work from 730 to 930am, end work between 430 to 630pm. 14 days of AL 1 day per year up to 20 days. 3 days CNY office closure. Medical/dental and TCM covered.
