Report discrepancies to the Director. Monitor stock levels and waste. Prepare and report weekly and monthly food and beverage costs. Record all received goods without invoice accumulation. Conduct periodic checks in bars and kitchens for proper use and storage of raw materials. Ensure compliance with HACCP policies and procedures, and train staff accordingly. Prepare monthly and annual VAT declarations and payments. Manage invoices and VAT calculations on internal consumption. Maintain and archive all VAT records monthly. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Strong understanding of cuisine, food, and beverages. International experience preferred. At least 2 years of similar experience in hotel settings.
