Overview At Diesel HQ located in Breganze (Vicenza, Italy), we are looking for a Global Art Director & Content Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and maintaining a visual language that best represents the Brand’s vision and visual identity. Main responsibilities Creative concept definition, development and execution for global projects, including product launches, content capture for fashion shows, social creative concepts, collection presentations, licensing and special projects Approval process management, from concept to execution, working closely with the Creative Director to ensure the vision is best expressed and executed Talent research (photographers, directors, casting and HMU) overseeing the creative development, coordinating all talents to reflect the brand direction Constantly research social media collaborators, content trends as well as technology and digital innovation On-set art direction for both still and moving contents Overview of the retouching and editing phase until final delivery Collaboration with key cross-functional partners - including social, PR, media, retail and ecomm teams - to ensure that all creative works meet brand identity guidelines and the Creative Director’s artistic vision Social Media editorial planning overview, together with Social Media Team and GTM Overview and approval of Licensing and Local Markets creative proposals Overview, approval and coordination of media, CRM and e-comm editorial content roll out Definition and constant update of the Brand Guidelines Required skills and qualifications Minimum six years of professional experience in Art Direction within fashion, with four or more years in a management role Bachelor’s degree or similar within Art Direction, Visual Communication or Graphic Design Genuine interest in fashion, photography and videography, design, art, architecture and popular culture Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud High level of accountability and motivation Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
