Responsibilities Collection strategy, rules and workflow Effectively manage relation with relevant stakeholders locally and in Head Office Collaborate for the Top Management information pack preparation Qualifications Hold a degree in Finance or Statistics or Economics or Engineering 3 years of relevant and thorough experience in the retail credit and collection risk banking sector Good knowledge of regulatory framework Ability to analyze, interpret and elaborate data (quantitative analytical skills) Understanding key drivers within the Italian unsecured lending and mortgage market Experience on lending via digital channels Expert in Decision Engine credit strategy management is a plus Knowledge of SAS (strong) is preferred Knowledge of Excel (strong) is preferred Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and ability to deliver on promises Out-of-the-box thinker, problem solver and entrepreneurial mindset Effective and open communication skills Enthusiastic team player Working conditions Full Time Duration Permanent About ING ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
