Air export Specialist - Operations

Job profile Complete processing of air shipments, from the pickup of goods to arrival at the destination; providing information and updates to clients regarding shipment operations; supporting the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services. Provide excellence in customer service and be the first point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints, with special attention to key assigned accounts. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Build relationships with airlines and conduct negotiations where needed. Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers. Book shipments and organize loading plans. Follow customs compliance rules. Maintain direct contact with clients, KWE offices and destination correspondents. Independently manage the shipment processes from booking to invoicing. Key Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience in the air export department at international freight forwarding companies. Good attitude and character. Fluent English, both written and spoken, to be assessed during the interview. Good proficiency in the MS Office suite.
