Manufacturing Controller

Randstad Professional's Finance, HR & Legal division, which specializes in searching for and selecting Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a Manufacturing Controller for a Luxury Company Role and Responsibilities: • Monitor and track the Ateliers performances through the main manufacturing KPIs • Lead manufacturing controlling projects related to the production area (6 production sites) and play an important role in digitalization process in industrial controlling • Act as business partner: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and industrial budgets and forecasts • Support the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing project, providing detailed cost analysis on jewelry and silver production and creating a common guideline • Monitor production progress, in order to maximize product availability and on-time delivery • Follow production costs, margin analysis, products cost analysis, stock/inventory activities. Share and explain the monthly results to the manufacturing organization • Develop a close and proactive collaboration with all the industrial departments • Create and put in place the appropriate internal controls system to effectively support the activity Requirements: • Degree in scientific fields (Finance, management engineering or equivalent qualification) • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, possibly in an international environment or Big Four companies. • Strong knowledge in SAP S4/H specifically in the sub-modules related to the Manufacturing Controlling (SAP module CO/FI/PP/MM) • Microsoft Office Suite mandatory • Fluent both in Italian and in English.
