Sales Solutions Specialist – Italy We are looking for a Sales Solutions Specialist to join our Italian team. In this role, you will be the main connector between sales, customers, logistics, and administration, ensuring that every sales order is executed efficiently and flawlessly. From managing conditions and prices in our ERP, to monitoring the full order-to-delivery cycle and supporting both customers and sales force, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Tasks Manage sales orders, customer master data, prices, and discount conditions in ERP Provide orders to warehouse and logistics within daily cutoff Ensure administrative handling of returned goods Verify invoices, ensuring alignment with original orders and conditions Monitor the full order process from entry to delivery Coordinate debit and credit note management (recording, issuing, verification) Interact directly with customers and sales force (phone/email) to handle inquiries (delivery dates, invoices, discounts, returns, etc.) Ideal Experience & Competencies Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG (preferably food & beverage sector) and/or GDO Previous administrative experience with strong customer focus (beyond data entry) Solid knowledge of accounting processes (invoices, payment methods, credit/debit notes, statements) Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Effective interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills SAP knowledge required Proficiency in MS Office (advanced user) Intermediate English proficiency Customer-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
