SAP Key User - Logistic & Warehouse (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Integrate and maintain logistics concepts within the ERP system (SAP) Support SAP integration projects related to logistics processes Control and monitor logistics processes across SCM, intralogistics, inbound, and outbound logistics Lead digitalization initiatives and support Industry 4.0 implementation Translate logistics planning concepts into operational processes Define, track, and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., internal delivery times, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, ABC/XYZ analysis) Collaborate closely with Logistics/Process Planning and Production Managers Implement and monitor concepts for warehouse operations, transport, material flow, and provisioning Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance Your Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field At least 2 years of experience in logistics planning or SCM, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment Knowledge of logistics processes, Lean Logistics, and supply chain best practices Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) as a Key User Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA) Solid understanding of procurement and production planning processes High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Business Intelligence tools Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset Language skills: fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of German is advantageous Our Commitment Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits Why Alpitronic Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
