Join to apply for the Stock Operations Supervisor - Boutique Milano role at Hermès GENERAL ROLE The Stock Operations Supervisor leads the stock operations team to ensure the quality of service to customers through an accurate and reliable management of the store stocks, with a continuous improvement approach in strict compliance with Group and local procedures. The ideal candidate will act as a role model and will represent Hermès as an Ambassador, inspiring his colleagues to portray and embrace Hermès values. Main Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day operations and controls for perfect stock accuracy; Perform accurate stock takes & cycle counts. Continuous process improvement Implement an optimized organization of stock spaces; Develop stock-related procedures; Be aware of omnichannel sales processes and product assortment to understand their implications on operations; Support colleagues with expertise and problem solving in complex activities. People Management Lead the stock operations team, including senior stock controllers, stock controllers, and stock supports; Provide ongoing feedback and coaching, supporting professional and personal development; Create a positive team environment, encouraging open communication; Support store management in setting objectives and tasks; Collaborate with store teams: Sales, Sales & Service Support; Support colleagues' skill development. Profile University Degree, preferably analytical; Fluency in Italian and English; third language is a plus; Experience in stock and coordination roles, preferably in retail; Proficient with Excel and IT tools; Strong leadership and motivation skills; Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, teamwork.
