Visit a defined number of stores within your area to grow market share for BIC products across Stationery, Lighters, and Shavers. Establish and deepen relationships with existing customers and expand distribution in line with BIC sales policy. Ensure ongoing business through constant prospecting within the sales area. Optimize product visibility on shelves and improve overall presentation of the BIC brand to increase sales. Increase BIC share of space and visibility during promotional events. Process orders through Siebel for permanent ranges and promotional offers. Manage shelf presentation and maintain clean, well-presented BIC products. Introduce new products and negotiate features in customer catalogues and promotional materials where applicable. Promote and take orders for permanent assortments and special promotions/seasonal campaigns (BTS). Monitor retail prices and price labeling in stores. Manage the COOP budget per customer and optimize budget use when not managed by KAM or RAM. Act as product specialist: advise local buyers and store managers about assortments, market data, trends, and competitors; provide professional support for category development. Communicate with Marketing and Customer Service to respond to market changes, end-user signals, and competitive activity. Work from home with a personal routing plan aligned to the cycle planner and the BIC Italy Field Sales Model, including daily reporting via Siebel. Maintain full-time presence on the field, except for meetings, administrative tasks, and training days. Qualifications Master's Degree Good level of English PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Driving License Team player and results-driven Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG; considered a plus BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
