Overview Job Title : VIP Relationship Manager Job Type : Remote Responsibilities Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients; Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication; Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers; Analyze the clients' behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports; Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.
