Desktop Support Engineer

Position: Desktop Support – Intune SME Location: Parma, Italy ( 5 days onsite) About the Role We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Intune SME) with strong expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) to join our team in Solihull. The role involves managing large-scale laptop and desktop infrastructures, providing advanced support, and assisting with SCCM to Intune migration projects . Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support for laptops, desktops, and end-user devices. Manage and support Intune environments across large-scale infrastructures. Support and lead SCCM to Intune migration projects (preferred). Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to Intune, SCCM, and EUC. Monitor and maintain device security, policies, and compliance. Collaborate with IT teams to improve EUC operations and end-user experience. Skills & Experience Required Strong experience in desktop/end-user support with expertise in Intune. Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration (preferred). Solid background managing large-scale laptop/desktop infrastructures . Knowledge of device compliance policies, patch management, and app deployment. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
