Position: CLIENT ADVISOR Fixed Term - The Mall Leccio We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor for our boutique in The Mall Leccio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exclusive customer experiences, be results-oriented, eager to learn, stay updated on fashion trends, and have a strong interest in our brand and products. Responsibilities include: Master the client journey and create emotional engagement and desire; Engage with existing and prospective clients according to weekly plans set by store management; Deliver Valentino Couture service impeccably throughout all phases of the customer experience (preparation, welcome, exploration, presentation, closing, farewell); Focus on developing and retaining existing clients while recruiting new ones; Engage clients through various selling opportunities including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments; Participate actively in sales routines and partnerships. Operations and Visual Merchandising: Handle all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints; Maintain product presentation and replenishment on the sales floor; Be familiar with warehouse stock across categories to ensure shelves are stocked and sales are maximized; Follow administrative and operational procedures; Coordinate with visual merchandising to ensure display guidelines are followed and report relevant information to management. Qualifications: Retail experience; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Fluency in English and Italian is essential; Proactive team player; Strong knowledge of high fashion; Ability to adapt to evolving company needs; Existing client network in the luxury sector.
