IT Business Analyst You are responsible for the innovative business and functional requirements lifecycle, including collection from stakeholders, definition and design, alignment and prioritization based on the product vision, and development monitoring through the methodology applied for each project. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the project team. Key Responsibilities : Lead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect via the Business Blueprint document. Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers where appropriate. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing efforts, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Assist in business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and technical levels. Leadership skills to facilitate requirement-gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Ability to work well with internal and external clients, including participation in user workshops. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for requirement gathering and other project needs. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Native Italian speaker and proficient in English. Education & Experience Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full SDLC. Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Expected to travel domestically and internationally. What can you expect from us?
