Overview Amazon EU Retail Media Activation Manager H/F – Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. What You’ll Do As the Amazon EU Retail Media Activation Manager , you’ll be part of the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team and report directly to the Marketing Director. Own and fully manage the relationship with the media agency and Amazon Ads, becoming the main Stanley Black & Decker point of contact. Define the key media strategic pillars and objectives for each brand and market. Develop and execute the paid media strategy in collaboration with the media agency, Amazon Ads and the local e-trade marketing team, covering brand & market levels and strategic levers (Sponsor Ads and DSP). Define the media budget: allocate resources across brand, market and strategic levers to maximize ROI and improve campaigns. Implement comprehensive advertising strategies to promote products and brands on Amazon’s retail platform. Collaborate with the e-trade Marketing Managers to ensure EU media strategy is implemented effectively in local markets and that products and offers are brought to life. Who You Are Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. Experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Campaign Management with focus on digital innovation. Understanding of media marketplace dynamics, especially within Amazon, with a background in Search, Display, Programmatic and Social advertising. Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.
