You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard. As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions. Have a good English knowledge. Be available to travel globally 70% of he time Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit.
