Job Description The HRIS analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data within the company’s HRIS (HCM Systems, HR Databases, etc.). They study the data, create reports summarizing key findings, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify significant data points for analysis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in programming languages, data analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. Familiarity with HR software is helpful. Strong organizational skills are essential. Reports to the HR Digital Manager/Coordinator. Qualifications Manage information design tools related to data visualization, including BI dashboards. Extract insights from data analysis to inform decisions and drive business strategies. Create and manage standard dashboards and information delivery services for internal stakeholders. Maintain and develop enterprise-wide metrics for strategic reporting and analysis. Present data and analysis effectively to internal stakeholders. Apply statistical techniques to solve emerging problems. Develop customized reports to meet user needs. Utilize datasets, insights, and statistical models for various business applications. Stay updated on new data analysis tools and techniques. Conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy. Collaborate with IT to manage system feeds to vendors and related systems. Promote training and learning activities to foster innovation and improve efficiency. Encourage the use of digital technologies within the function, enhancing process management and communication.
