Responsibilities Participating in the recruitment process for Head Office and Retail positions. Holding the role of a superuser in assigned HR systems. Providing operational support for health, safety, and work environment initiatives. Translating and ensuring the quality of training materials. Assisting in training sessions as a Co-Trainer. Managing ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety. Knowledge of employment law, agreements, and regulations. Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or fluent level. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset in driving tasks and initiatives.
