Overview Milan The Global Business Control Associate Manager will join the Global Business and inventory control team in our HQ based in Milan and will be responsible for all activities related to reporting of sales & margins cross channel, inventory consolidation activities / reporting and to support the senior management with in-depth and ad hoc analysis. Responsibilities Inventory Monthly control of all inventory files coming from all regions: check of consistency / accuracy of depreciation group policies and values matching with Tagetik consolidation system; Monthly inventory’s intercompany profit elimination at SKU level; Monthly consolidation of all files in a unique database and arrangement of all tables and reports useful to calculate the inventory provision at consolidated level; Monthly data collection from all regions related to inventory action plan and stock liquidation strategy useful to provision calculation; Monthly consolidated provision calculations and related journal entries file preparation for Consolidation team; Monthly inventory reporting for Capri’s reporting package / Capri’s Internal Audit / Consolidation team; SOX reporting; Auditors documental support; Monthly inventory reporting for top management and internal meeting; Give support to wholesale team for destocking activities; Ad hoc analysis and projects. Sales & Margin Weekly sales & margin reporting; Monthly sales & margin analysis; Monthly EMEA ECOM & Stores returns estimation; Margin ad hoc analysis and models. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance or accounting preferred); At least 4 to 5 years’ experience as controller, both Finance and Business sides. Luxury experience is preferred; Fluent verbal and written in English; Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Power Point, Business Intelligence tools such as OBIEE; Proactivity and flexibility, critical thinking and problem-solving attitude; Ability to learn quickly; Good organizational and presentation skills to effectively interact with all teams and business levels; Able to work under pressure in a complex and fast-changing environment.
