Overview Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud / TPM Expert Join to apply for the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud / TPM Expert role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam. We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst in the Consumer Goods and Trade Promotion Management area. We operate in the Customer Engagement domain and specialize in system development and the implementation of major IT transformation projects in CRM (Campaign Management, Customer Journey, Customer Service, Sales, Post-Sales, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management). We work in Italy and/or abroad for large companies across sectors such as Telco, Media, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail and Fast Moving Consumer Goods in technologically advanced and stimulating work contexts. Responsibilities Interacting with clients to gather requirements. Drafting technical-functional documentation. Collaborating with the development team for solution implementation. Providing client and development team support during application testing phases. Il Profilo Ideale Experience of at least 2 years in the role of Business Analyst on CRM and TPM projects based on the Salesforce Consumer Goods platform, including: Requirements gathering. Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM. Knowledge of the main Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud). End-to-end process management from requirements gathering to deployment in production. Drafting of technical-functional documentation. Enhancing the profile: Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst and Salesforce Consumer Goods are advantageous. Nice To Have Additional Salesforce certifications for Administrator, Developer or Consultant paths (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and/or other Salesforce apps). Experience in Agile projects (preferably Scrum). Strong relational and communication skills; team-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a results orientation.
