Location: Fabriano, Ancona - Italy Full-time We\'re looking for a Logistics Quality Manager with world-class logistics experience to lead quality initiatives across our international supply chain for our Italy Market and primary distribution from Italy to other countries. This is a role for a seasoned professional ready to make a measurable impact on performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What You\'ll Do Lead the development and execution of our logistics quality strategy. Drive continuous improvement using World Class Logistics (WCL), Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Serve as the reference point for the quality control pillar in WCL program implementation Ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Define and implement audit systems to assess logistics operations and third-party providers. Enforce workplace policies and procedures across logistics functions in Supply Chain & Logistics and Operations. Manage and follow-up global customer claims and ensure timely resolution to maintain service excellence. Monitor and report on logistics quality KPIs to senior management. Prevent 3PL and transportation process deviations through proactive oversight and collaboration. Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training materials. Train and coach logistics teams on quality standards and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, operations, R&D, legal & administration, customer service, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics execution. Contribute to strategic logistics projects, supporting operational improvement, digitalization and innovation. What We\'re Looking For A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics quality management within a global or multinational setting. Proven success in implementing world-class logistics systems and quality frameworks. Solid knowledge of warehouse systems and logistics platforms (e.g., SAP and WMS). Strong command of WCM / WCL principles, ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI. Strong Customer focus, practical problem solving and team collaboration approaches. Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Bonus Points For Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). Experience in digital transformation and automation in logistics. Cross-cultural communication experience.
