The Role Kyndryl seeks an Application Test Manager and Quality Assurance Software Engineer passionate about delivering high-quality cloud-based application testing services. You will lead the Application Test Factory team, defining test strategies, specifications, cases, and plans based on design documents. The team collaborates with engineering squads to develop features and ensures thorough testing before release. Your responsibilities include automating test cases for regression, scalability, and performance testing, developing and maintaining automation tests, and documenting issues to facilitate resolution. You will promote testing best practices, lead quality discussions, and mentor other QA Engineers. Who You Are You are experienced, growth-minded, customer-focused, and inclusive. You possess: 8 years testing complex enterprise software in agile environments Deep understanding of QA processes, tools, and standards Experience with web-based applications, automation, UI, CLI, API testing Knowledge of open-source automation tools and frameworks Understanding of SDLC and agile practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborative communication skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with Selenium, Protractor, etc. Scripting with Python, Perl, PowerShell, JavaScript Experience with TDD, SDLC, and agile development We celebrate diversity and inclusion, welcoming all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.
