The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarding Branch Manager to lead operations at our Milan branch. In this role, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth import / export processes. Drive customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships. Manage branch financial performance and develop strategies for growth. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing team. What We’re Looking For Proven expertise in freight forwarding, international trade, and customs. Strong experience in managing ocean, air, truckload, and customs logistics. Skilled in import / export processes and customer service excellence. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Solid understanding of industry compliance standards.
