The actual brand portfolio is focused on a design and fashion luxury positioning including brands such as Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Chloe, Gucci, Saint Laurent , etc. Role Overview and responsibilities As an Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience is in line with the brand image, managing the customer service funnel across the different communication channels: email, IG, facebook, Trustpilot and phone. You will be responsible for following up on shipments, deliveries, replying to customer enquires as well as managing returns. You will oversee the preparation of orders and parcels together with the different team members. You will liaise with the different logistic companies (UPS, Correos Express, Fedex etc) depending on the shipment destination. You will be in charge of liaising with customers in-store and update the product with visual merchandising guidelines as well as keeping updated the product labels. About you University Level o FP Student Languages: Spanish and English (Advanced), other languages will be a plus (Italian, French, German, Portuguese) Fluent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English Passion for ecommerce and digital
