This ensures the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through clinical services. The RN participates in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating the clinical operations of the household. This is to ensure regulatory compliance and nurture a person-centered and resident-directed culture. The RN promotes individual and team learning in the household. The RN provides residents with professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations. Care coordination with other nursing staff in the household is essential. Key responsibilities include leadership to clinical staff in specific areas of clinical accountability. Areas of accountability may include infection control, safety, wound management, and quality care. The RN guides the implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
