Job Advert: Freelance Site Manager – Fire Stopping Location: Luton, UK Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 6-month fire stopping project based in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering essential fire protection works on a live site. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence * Manage sub-contractors and ensure fire stopping works are carried out to specification * Coordinate with project stakeholders, including client reps and H&S officers * Maintain accurate site records and daily reporting * Ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations and building standards ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience managing fire stopping works on construction sites * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * CSCS (Black or White Card preferred) * First Aid certification * Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems * Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
