️ Freelance Construction Site Manager – Retrofit Projects Location: Between Fareham and Salisbury Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Freelance About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee retrofit and refurbishment works. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. A strong background in retrofit, including insulation upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and occupied refurbishment, is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all on-site activities * Supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers * Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and site-specific RAMS * Monitor progress and report back to the project team * Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities * Maintain site records and ensure quality assurance processes are followed Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on retrofit/refurbishment projects * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * CSCS card * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple trades on busy sites This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
