Accounts Assistant

Tyrone, the company is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team. Your new role As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the finance function. Your responsibilities will include: Processing purchase and sales invoices Bank reconciliations and petty cash management Processing of weekly payroll - full training can be provided Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers Liaising with suppliers and internal departments What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage or Xero) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn What you'll get in return In return, you will receive: A competitive salary of £28,000- £30,000 (depending on experience) 4-day work week with a half-day Friday (reduced hours can be discussed) Access to company benefits, holidays, pension, study support etc Opportunities for career development and training Healthy culture and excellent working environment plus lots more What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
