With your eye for detail and accuracy, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You have strong organizational and planning skills. You are fluent in English. You are accurate and work precisely according to established procedures. You are a fast learner who easily masters new systems and processes. You are a great colleague with excellent communication skills. You are familiar with Microsoft Office, and experience with document management systems is a plus. what will you do As our new Mail clerk, you're the linchpin of our headquarters! You ensure that the operational engine of the organization keeps running. With your accuracy and organizational talent, you make sure that mail and documents find their way, both physically and digitally. You receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents. You accurately scan and log all items and archive them correctly in our internal systems. You handle all outgoing mail, including special shipments such as express or international packages. You are responsible for daily operational tasks and managing the mailroom. You monitor security and ensure everything is done according to guidelines, such as the GDPR.
