Store Manager

Overview As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. Your leadership will inspire customer loyalty and ensure the store meets and exceeds performance targets while upholding the company’s values and vision. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure customers receive outstanding service Monitor sales, KPIs, and store activities, proposing action plans to improve performance Build strong relationships with loyal customers, focus on new member recruitment, and resolve customer feedback effectively Ensure shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, and merchandising guidelines are followed Monitor stock inventory to minimize shrinkage and liaise with the supply chain team on stock issues Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top talent while maintaining low turnover and absenteeism Ensure new hires are well-trained and integrated, coordinate training schedules, and develop individual career paths for team members Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recommend promotions or transfers Conduct daily briefings, plan efficient rosters, and maintain team grooming and behavior standards Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in store operations and/or sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Background in retail is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels Only successful candidates will be notified.
