Talent & Learning Management Analyst

Purpose of the Position We are looking for a temporary member to support our Talent & Learning area. You will help with data, reports and basic analysis for our People Cycle and Learning Programs. This role is mainly back-office and will give you experience in HR data and reporting. Main Responsibilities Prepare and update Excel reports (basic formulas, data checks, pivot tables). Support People Cycle tasks and trainings by gathering and organizing information. Help follow up Talent KPIs, pipelines and special groups. Consolidate information for dashboards and Power BI. Provide back-office support to stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations or similar (recent graduate or up to 1 year experience). Intermediate Excel (formulas, data cross, pivot tables, validations). Intermediate English (B1). Key Details Focus: Data support, reports and basic analysis for Talent & Learning team.
