Retail Head of Design

The data-driven creativity agency is looking for a Creative and Innovative Retail Head of Design for the Retail Team! Are you a visionary design leader eager to drive innovation in the retail environment—while remaining actively involved in the creative process? If so, this could be your next exciting chapter! Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for managing the Design Department and developing and managing projects for international clients . The projects will focus on the ideation and development of brand/flagship stores, shop-in-shop concepts, corners, islands, and innovative digital and interactive displays. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and managing the Retail Design Department Creating, developing, and executing (including 3D modelling & renderings) Managing project steps and daily activities Meeting clients with account managers to discuss objectives and requirements Conducting feasibility and technical studies to assess design viability and production implications Coordinating external suppliers and estimating project costs Overseeing project implementation and delivery Required skills: Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer or similar role Proven experience in the retail sector Experience in team management Advanced 3D design and rendering skills Experience managing external/internal stakeholders Autonomy, stress management, and accuracy Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation Strong time management skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Applications without a personal portfolio will not be considered.
